Dow improves customer journey by digitally integrating product development and customer collaboration

In August 2020, Dow Chemical's polyurethane division announced an initiative to use artificial intelligence (AI) along with Dow's materials data and expertise to improve both product development and the customer experience, working with Microsoft Azure. The project's user interface is a digital sales platform, a customer web portal that provides technical and product development support and allows customers to navigate the entire process from product search to formulation to the final delivery through a single interface.
